Mission Statement:

Providing dance and dance fitness to our communities through free community classes, scholarships and financial assistance for dance and dance fitness classes and uniform assistance for dance and cheer team members.

Our Adult Program provides onsite dance fitness classes to schools, business and medical professionals.  Our Youth Program provides free dance and cheer classes to schools and other community orgaizations.  Project 21 also provides community partners with free week vouchers for studio classes and discounted package and membership rates.

Project 21 strives to bring dance and fitness to the communities that support our program.  Our classes reduce sick days and increase productivity in adults and our youth program helps children of all ages find their true self and expose their full potential through the expression of dance.

Project 21 also provides dance scholarships and uniforms to students experiencing tough times and free dance performances for the community.  Project 21 supports our community through Bullying Prevention Progams in schools, community events and mentorship.

Who Qualifies & How to Apply:

Project 21 selects students based on financial and emotional needs.  Students may receive scholarships due to financial struggles, family trauma, emotional or physical special needs or any other situation where the scholarship could provide continuity and stability they need to succeed. Please email studio 21 if you are interested in applying for a scholarship.  Applications will be reviewed at the beginning of each new Studio 21 session.

Project 21 provides all Starz team uniforms, poms and accessories.  Project 21 is a 501(c)3 community supported group.  Funds are raised through donations and community fundraisers.

Compassion Over Reaction; Bullying Prevention

Compassion Over Reaction is Bullying Prevention.  Not Anti-Bullying.  We believe the anti-bullying movement has demonized kids having a hard time and stigmatized them with labels that perpetuate the behavior we wish to extinguish.  Bullying prevention is about helping kids identify bullying behaviors in themselves and get to the root of the problem, find healthy solutions, and act with responsibility and accountability. Bring our Bullying Prevention to YOUR school by emailing Jessica at

Also Available from Project 21; "Pitty the Bully"

"Pitty the Bully" is a children's book about the dangers of labels, and how to get to the root of bullying behaviors through problem solving and behavior modification.  "Pitty the Bully" utilizes animal behaviors and the stigma attached to bully breed dogs to help illustrate the common struggles all kidos face; frustration, hunger, lonliness, fatique, and more.  The book helps to destigmatize bully breed dogs as well as kids making poor behavior choices.
